About Howard Enterprises and Investments

In 2020, HEI founder Adam Howard, who has always been passionate about helping hospitals and physician clinics optimize their revenue, launched his company to partner with them in managing their Revenue Cycle processes and staff. Our HEI team, with over 75 years of combined healthcare experience, is dedicated to providing our clients with solutions tailored to meet their specific needs. We are committed to ensuring financial success so their focus can be on what matters, taking care of their patients.
Meet Our Leadership
Adam Howard
Adam is a 2008 graduate of Georgia Southern University. He has 15 years of experience in revenue cycle management in both hospital and physician practice settings. In addition to revenue cycle management, he also provides HIM management and coding services to hospitals. Adam enjoys working with his clients, business partners, and employees to keep healthcare accessible in all communities.
TaShun Wilson
With over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, TaShun began her career in healthcare in 2004. She has since established a distinguished career in both hospital and physician office settings. As the Vice President of Claims and Revenue Management, she oversees all aspects of claims processing, reimbursement, and revenue optimization. A graduate of Georgia Southern University, TaShun brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing complex healthcare revenue systems, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance.
Priscilla Waters, MHSA, RHIT
& Coding Services
With a diverse background comprised of both clinical and administrative experience, also a Veteran of the US Navy, Priscilla brings leadership, vast knowledge and experience to the HEI team. She has over 12 years of medical coding, billing and revenue cycle experience along with her tenure at Ogeechee Technical College where she has mentored nearly 300 Registered Health Information Management Technician eligible graduates. Additionally, Priscilla is a Professional Member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologist (ASRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) where she currently a Student Mentor and Georgia Health Information Management Association (GHIMA) where has served as a member of the Board of Directors.
Christy Yeager
Christy Yeager is an alum of Middle Tennessee State University. She began her career in Healthcare as an insurance agent for small businesses in 2012 finally landing in a space she is passionate about in 2014 working for Hospitals and Physicians to ensure they get every dollar deserved from insurance companies. Christy comes to HEI with experience in business and healthcare, making her a perfect fit for the role of Corporate Business Development Manager. Before healthcare, Christy was taking on roles in HR, Customer Experience and Business Development.
